NO LEAGUE FIXTURES - HELP!

I have had this problem 4 times now and I am wondering if anyone can give me a clue how to fix it or why its happening?

I basically finish the first season then for some reason the league fixtures for the next season aren't there. Cup fixtures are but no league ones. PLEASE HELP!

I have the english lower league downloads on, but I only have one of those leagues loaded. Also, the name fix.

The first one might be causing it. Don't know how to fix it though, sorry.
