At the moment work has been fairly quiet and I expect it to continue over the Christmas period etc. Trying to amuse myself at a PC without porn or games is quite a struggle and I wondered if anyone could reccomend any sites?

I've had a look at InBedWithMaradona and some of their content is quality but it seems to have periods where it's not updated for a while. Any other suggestions for a good blog or even magazine-style site?

Who Ate All The Pies is good for funny news, and if you look down the right hand side it links to loads of blogs similar to In Bed With Maradona.

WAATP is really bad for content, considering it just takes from other sources a day after they put it up.

Most of WAATP's content can be seen on Balls.ie which is updated a lot more often

I read IBWM a fair bit but I find it quite inconsistent. All the pieces are usually well written and researched but often the subject matter is a little too obscure for me to find particularly engaging.

Pretty much everyone should find the 100 interesting though, they're updating it at the moment, reporting back on who they predicted as the Top 100 young players in the world from last year.

Yeah, that's what I've found with IBWM. The site is beautiful and the content is extremely original, but sometimes many of their articles don't appeal to me.

The Football Ramble has a good site. Lots of established writers covering a variety of sources.

I really enjoy the more obsuce elements of IBWM. And the retro section can be really interesting. When I'm bored at Uni I normally check out ESPN Soccernet, F365, 442 and WSC websites.

Does anyone know any blogs that specialise in German football?
