I'll play through until the end of the season and see if anything interesting comes up.

Gladbach:
The sit 6th in 2.Bundesliga, just 7 points of the top spot so winning the league and promotion is not out of the question. I imagine the squad is good enough for the league as they only just went down and Max Kruse scored 20 goals in the Bundesliga two seasons ago. They are out of the cup so my sole focus would be on promotion, and with a budget of over £10 million I don't see why not.
Everton:
This is the least attractive of the offers. The are 18th and have expectation of a mid table finish, a gap of about 10 points. I only have £1.5million available for transfers. The squad is great, however I think I would like to save England until the Chelsea job becomes available.
Valencia:
12th in La Liga with a Europa League spot the aim. This would mean just 5 points to make up, a massive difference between the others. A good budget of £15 million to invest in January and a decent squad. They have done some pretty bad transfer business over the years selling Jose Gaya and Alvaro Negredo at cut price deals and I feel the should have got slightly more than £23 million for Nicolas Otamendi.
So what do you think of the offers. Where should my next destination be?

I think they're favourites for me at the moment. I've ruled out Everton but the lure of brining Gladbach up and beating Leverkusen is tempting.

Took the Valencia job, they were in a pretty bad way. 13th in La Liga and plagued with injuries. Didn't have the greatest of starts, yet to win and slipped to 15th. We're still in the Europa League and will have to beat Benfica to reach the last 16.
Took me a few weeks to get my squad together, happy with it now. Well it'll do until the end of the season. Victor Wanyama signed from Barca as we lacked a decent holding midfielder. Both keepers were injured resulting in me playing a 17-year-old regen so I brought in Mattia Perin. Granit Xhaka career has stalled at Liverpool so I brought him on loan with the view of a permanent transfer. Another ball winner - Gary Medel - came in to challenge Wanyama for the DM slot and can also cover central defence. Robinho on a free transfer for £10k p/w. Why the hell not?

Big changes for next season. We only have a £4 million transfer budget so some players will have to go as I don't have the players to suit the system I want to play. I want to go with a 3-3-3-1 formation similar to the way Bayern play under Pep.
