Possession, Fast-Paced Attack Hybrid

This is a tactic i have been using with my Arsenal team for the last 2 seasons, going into my 3rd season now. I must admit that for the first weeks, while the team were being trained in the tactic and the players were being trained in their new positions, results were less than stellar; but mid-way through the season the players found their confidence and just to say "TOTAL DOMINATION", won the Barclays Premier League, The FA Cup, UEFA Champions League and Community Shield in first season, (and the MLS All-Star Game just for good measure). Won all entered competitions in second season, including FIFA Club World Cup. Current season leading the league table by 10 points. Destroying in the goal scoring department department. I have also won the Barclays Premier League Manager of the Year twice, Manager of the Month on 10 occasions.

The tactic is primarily for Arsenal as I use player instructions specific to Arsenal squad as of the beginning of the 2014/2015 season. And have updated with transfers of Éder Álvarez Balanta, Lucas Romero, Will Hughes, Connor Wickham, Martin Ødegaard, Álex Grimaldo, Jesús Vallejo, Guido Vadalá, James Ward-Prowse and Julian Draxler.
