hi I have paid for year subscription and have downloaded some stuff I can view it in my downloads I copy file and then paste it in football manager 2015 files but when I go back onto game nothing has changed any help you can give me

Are you double clicking on the file first to open it, then copying over the folders/files inside?

If not that is what the problem will be, i suggest downloading and using 7zip as it better than anything else at opening large files.

hi in the downloads page I click on item I downloaded then click on copy then I open fm2015 going through documents and sports interactive then open skins and click paste shows item in but does nothing when go back to game or have I loaded it wrong to start with

when I download 7zip how do I work to download items then all help much appreciated

When you download skins, kits, logo's etc they are compressed into a 'zip' file, this makes the file smaller and quicker to download. I'll give some instructions on how to install anything you download.

1 - Double click the file to open it (using 7zip)

2 - Once opened you need to move all the folders inside to Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics, you may need to make the graphics folder yourself first.

3 - Once the files/folders have copied over (this can take a while if its a large file) open your game and go to Preferences, then Interface

4 - Click on 'Clear Cache' then click on 'Reload Skin'.

5 - Click 'Confirm' and now when you play your game you should have all your new graphics showing
