Great job mate,just do this in future when you have longer neck.Cuts will be much closer to the chin,and bigger and better at the end.
Also,try to avoid cuts with more hair details if you're not sure you can handle it (even I'm doing that),and always check them in dark background.It's a shame to lose HQ source.

By this croping of original cut he just lost quality,best way is to leave it as original was,or re-cut.Also,tnx for the other guy,really good cuts mate

Don't expect me to be very active right now, though. Once the new FM comes out in two weeks I'll be playing the game non-stop and I'll most likely do a lot more cutouts then too. Just like last year. I just tend to work more on cutouts when I'm actually playing the game a lot and I find a lot of bad or missing cuts in game.

Which image(s) are you talking about? Depending on the size of the watermark it can be quite easy to remove them. Give me some examples and I'll see what I can do about them. If the watermark is covering all or most of the face it's most likely not worth the work, though.
