Problem with Pre Order

Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. I am having problems when trying to pre order FM2016. When I click on the buy button I get to the Nexway page and all I get is a blank page. (Shown Below). Does this happen to you guys also? Or is it because I'm trying to pre order the game from a certain country where the game is unavalaible?

Yes it may be a location issue. Can you tell me what country you are based in?

Hi Rob,

I'm currently living in Germany. (No wonder). If it is so, do you know of any other way to pre purchase the game?

Unfortunately we're unable to sell to Germany. I'm not sure what the alternatives are at the moment i'm afraid, but i'll try and find out.

Hallo Everyone,

I had preordered FM at 24/09 through sortitoutsi and then my order was cancelled due to the known problems.
At 13/11 I got this email from sortitoutsi:

"Your sortitoutsi Football Manager Store pre-order from 24th September 2015 is now available‏"

and then the same billing details as if the order was placed again. Does this mean I am still getting the game?
Nothing appears on my steam until now, Problem is I am living in Germany. What should I do?

Really sorry, that email was sent out automatically and shouldn't have. No money has been taken and your order was cancelled as in the original email a few weeks ago
