After a mixed career for Oliver Travers, the day came when a his phone rang for the first time in 3 months, it was Everton chairman Bill Kenwood and he wanted the young manager for the job, he had no hesitation In becoming their new manager and immediately went down to the training ground to sign a contract, little was he to know the emotion that would come in the next few days...
Like an unemployed manager will do, he searches for a job, so instantly I started declaring interest in realistically insecure jobs, and applying for jobs that came left right and center, so I immediately forgot that when I accepted Evertons offer, I had beforehand applied for the Napoli job, and even though I took the Everton job I completely forgot about Napoli, little did I know they would be my future. So my first Everton game came upon me the first day in the job and we drew 1-1 at home to Spurs, a game we probably should have won due to the possession we had, but you must know, I am not here to talk about Everton, due to the fact it is merely a blur in my memory, the two days that I managed them.
I got approached by Napoli on that 2nd day and I didn't look back, I had always wanted to work with Edinson Cavani so on the 13th of November 2015 I became Napolis manager and Everton got payed 2 million in compensation. I was given a 4 year contract till 2019. I was also unaware that Cavani wouldn't play a significant role in our revival so I had to be patient and start a good winning team. This is how my first few months till the end of the season went for me:
The spell started off a little slow for me but then it started showing off all the hard work I had put in and my 3-5-2 formation worked quite well for me in most games, and our solid defence started gaining momentum and it showed on the pitch, at the end of the season I had a clearout and a lot of players left us, This is my squad in january :

I found out I had a wonderkid regen called Fillippo Ferrarri out on loan at AS Nancy so I immediately called him back and he has since become an integral part of my team, and I am already thinking of replacing Bocchetti with him permanently, I got Ismael Assaitti on a free who has been pretty average for me, I bought Oscar for 11.5 million who has been a good player, Loic Nestor also came back off loan who has been a backup player so far, and I bought Yaya Sanogo from Inter for 2.1 mil. How could I possibly be unhappy? Idk but after we just got beat by Palermo 3-2 at home I am not really happy. Here are the results from the start of the season so far :
The Last game really annoyed me, we should have won that game as we are a lot better than them and bocchetti, inler, rafael, sanogo and Elkeson where far from good enough and I will be throwing in the 4-4-2 formation from now on as you can see below:
3-5-2 unfortunately has way too many weaknesses and it doesn't work when teams have really good wingers, so I am looking for new ideas when it comes to formations, plus I am sick of Sanogo, he has only scored one flipping goal this season and it's starting to annoy me as I thought he was a good player. Also I want to ask you guys, should I get Fernando Muslera on a free or should I play this guy instead of Rafael? The Regen I am talking about is below:
What should I do, is it worth signing Muslera?
For further interest these are the signings I am meant to make in January :
1.2 Million agreed, Could be the next Rio Mavuba.
3.8 million agreed.
3.8 Million agreed.
1.3 million agreed.
6.25 million agreed.
14.5 million agreed.
If there's any feedback anyone would like to make, anything I could do better or players I could play tactics, roles e.g. please let me know, also if there are players you would reccommend into my system please let me know, p.s. I really want a new goalkeeper and I am thinking of selling Rafael and getting someone better, more solid, so please give me advice, thanks. My next game is against Fiorentina away in 2 days time and I will update the game from now on with indepth analysis and information, cheers.

You could say that I had a variety of choices to choose from...well yeah, I mean Juventus are a great club with a brilliant history, lots of finances, I had a team with players like...Buffon, Branescu, Ivan Piris, Raul Albiol, Georgio Chillieni, Munoz, Strinic, Drissa Diakite, Simone Pepe, Marchisio, Bonaventura, Alex Teixeira, Cigarini, Albin Ekdal, Georgi Chanturia, Nacer Chadli, Gomis, Matri, Quagliarella, Vucinic, Ruben Rochina.
I needed a new striker so I bought the most relatively best statwise guy I could find and affordable, plus he had a pretty decent record in terms of goals, Milan Djuric this striker was and he was to have an impact in my team in some big games over the due course of the rest of the season, I had taken over in December.
