I will be myself in this game, and have decided that I am going to start unemployed.
As per the rules I have set my reputation to be Sunday League Footballer.

After getting turned down by almost all of the jobs I applied to, I got an approach from 2 clubs:
Brechin, a Scottish Second Division side:
Athlone Town, an Irish First Division side:
In the end I decided that I would go for Athlone Town, as they are in the lowest league in Ireland, while Brechin were 2nd Div, meaning i'd have to go back to Division 3 at a later point.

Based on my assistant manager reports, I am lacking in the following areas:
AMR
ML
AMC
LB
I am also lacking good backups in the following areas:
MR
GK
I will need to address these at some point, but I also have to keep in mind that I am a semi-professional club with very little money to spend.
At the point when I took over, the club is sitting in 4th place, 11 points behind the League Leaders. If I want to mount a serious title challenge this season, we will need to pick up plenty of points, especially against the clubs around us, in the final 11 games of the season.
I have been lucky (or unlucky) enough to be given a rivals match as my first match in charge, against Longford, who are currently sitting 2nd in the league.
I view this as a very good opportunity to see how my squad can perform in arguably one of the biggest games the club has this season. It gives me the chance to see how the players can perform in a high pressure game, as we could have later in the season against our promotion rivals.
