Now I think it's important that you all know I am undertaking this on Classic Mode. That means I Can only have 3 Nations of leagues active at a time, I forgot to take a screenshot, but to start with I have England, Scotland & Wales. My plan is simply to remove & replace them as I complete them to allow Ireland and Northern Ireland.
My manager profile:
As you can see, I have set the required Sunday league reputation. I have also chosen to start with a club, that club being rangers. My reasoning is pretty simple, I'd like to get a good start to build my manager reputation so when I embark on the harder parts of this challenge more players will be attracted by my pull. (in theory)
So, a quick look at rangers:
Time to get going. I will try to update this, posssibly every couple of in-game months, or at the end of each season. I don't think i'll be first to beat the challenge, i don't think i will find the time to beat it either (it's a lot of trophies) but it's something to try.

Korey Smith in my opinion is a magnificent player, and to bring him in on loan was a real transfer coup for a club in the scottish third division, even if that club is rangers!. I have also added James Beattie on a free, a mere £1.7K a week, adding some good experience to the ranks, aswell as strong back-up to McCulloch as my target man in my 4-4-2 formation. Annoyingly I have struggled to shift the foreign players in my squad, so they all sit in the reserves waiting to ruin my club morale with lack of football complaints
My exisiting tactic:
I made it an attacking formation because, lets face it, I have a by fair superior side to the majority of my opponents for this season. And this strategy has lead to the following results:
Clearly throughout competitive fixtures so far I have been cruising to some very comfortable results with a nice lie of green results. But look at that highlighted fixture. In the Scottish league cup we have been drawn the old firm derby, RANGERS v CELTIC, at the Ibrox. Time for a sell out crowd and a real test of my teams ability.
