Nicely done, I am glad to hear you take a fancy to Gambrinus Liga. It would be nice to follow how far could you made it in Champions League with Budějovice, so I am a little bit sad you depart them. Anyway good luck in Denmark and my guess is Odense, Horsens maybe Lyngby. We will see soon..

Thanks Benniewijs!

It was a thrilling final day Loscules, we were lucky it went our way this time! Here is the rundown as I've started life in Denmark, no huge jobs!

Thanks Shedender! Its brilliant to finally finish on a high with the league finishing very close and then winning the super cup! A big job would be nice...

I did really enjoy the Czech Republic leagues Miimaa and I will return there one day for a normal career, I should of made a separate save of time at Czech so I could of come back to it! Thanks, I am feeling Denmark will be a lot harder! But hopefully it won't be long till we get off the mark!

Thanks alec! Indeed its time for Denmark and then returning home for the venture of England!

With Czech Republic wrapped up and me staying a game later than I 'needed' to as I stuck around to put them into the third qualifying round in the Champions League I boarded the next plane and headed towards Denmark, my final stop before returning home to England! But we had to battle through Denmark first and to start that I had to try and find myself a job, there were a few available at the time...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/IZFWwT8L0FCLDDkS6Al63Z0ZGDyV8xWVswh2Kpxd.png

So over the last few months I have been applying for the jobs that have come up. With seven teams without a manager and me applying for all seven I was surely bound to have a few to consider! However along with this I had they were all in the bottom tier of Denmark which meant I had to start right at the bottom. However before that I would need to have a contract offered to me...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/3GyZP9QzbEKZ90nHaNUAtTfQhyjgCyT3jMNXdOF3.png

Ouch! That hurt! These are the latest five of seven messages I've received after applying for the jobs. It hasn't been the most impressive start to life here in Denmark as I fail to even find a job. No one seems to be trusting me and despite my glorious history and trophy cabinet they are all claiming I'm not experienced enough and have categorically denied any interest in me taking the job! This is a big hit!

I doubt its a bug. Smaller clubs will look for managers with local reputation and not for managers with high reputation in other countries and some world reputation. The top clubs will look also to your European reputation. What do you think if Guardiola walks in to the office of Harkemase Boys and says he wants to be the new manager.

Painful. Seven clubs who you probably haven't even heard of in your life have laughed at your interest. Remember that for future reference, when they want you to become their manager in the future (if it happens) then you laugh at them in return...

Alec all those jobs I applied for were in the bottom tier of three leagues! So that was a blow!

Thats a lot of clubs to give a lesson to Benniewijs! I couldn't believe it!

They are on the list Zeonflux and I will be sure to get my revenge on every single one of them! I am sixth on the English hall of fame with 793 points, nowhere near getting on the worldwide hall of fame list yet!

My reputation is now world class miimaa and it is a little strange, surely every team want to get the best manager they can? I can attract bigger players surely?

As I said to miimaa Benniewijs wouldn't any club just want the best manager in charge they possibly could? My reputation could bring players from world wide!

Painful Shedender! Painful!! You haven't got a clue sir! How embarrassing! These clubs will have revenge brought upon them! We will get a job....soon!

It is an outrage webby, I'm disgusted!

Life in Denmark hadn't started quite as well as I had hoped as I was failing in my bid to get a permanent job down with me being laughed off by the lower clubs. There are four leagues in Denmark split into three tiers. You have the Superliga (top tier), Betsafeligaen (second tier) and the bottom tier is split into two divisions! However we finally have had an advancement and can now look forward to beginning life here in management in Denmark.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/jWaXX7wJ9sZh56cA6gOAk0yUJexZ5PS6c6EYwOxk.png

Two sides in the top tier 'Superliga' have parted with their manager just after the winter break. We now sit in March and both Esbjerg fB and AC Horsens have both parted ways with their managers as they continue to under achieve this season. This finally left me in with a chance of nailing a job, I hoped! But with my most recent history here I'm not sure if I stand a chance or not!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/FOOiGdyEgvvA6JZ5ytQeDdRe9WI3NjnvMu3Qr8jN.png

YAY! At last I think I could be about to set up a new home for the next few years. Instead of laughing off my interest both clubs have declared themselves as flattered to have me interested in their jobs. Both have claimed they'd be 'foolish' to not consider me so now I'm hoping it will be just a matter of days before one or both clubs come running and offering me a contract!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/TQsZn6xSuZ7UbSqNSFY5wosZurtYtqa4b42GMR7Q.png

Both clubs did approach me within just a couple of days of each other which left me with a small headache to decide which job was for me. Both clubs had different expectations. Firstly Esbjeg fB want to avoid relegation and for that they've offered a transfer fund of seven hundred and seventy five thousand whilst over spending on wages and offering me a four year deal on two point seven thousand a week. AC Horsens expect a safe midtable position however only offered me seventy nine thousand for transfers but are under spending on wages and also offered me three thousand eight hundred a week on a four year deal! Two very tempting offers!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/8HBCu6G2TkpTF9XPLqMgGat6HsAZoWXassqSL9rJ.png

It was to be the higher flying job at AC Horsens and despite them not being as well off financially the club on a whole does seem to be expected to do more this season and hopefully next season. However over the last eleven league games I hope to get a good squad report and understands where we are before going into what could prove to be a monumental summer for us! Life in Denmark can now begin!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/T3lEYqWhvHuelRURZLkq2koB9W0pHua4mTFHDHo4.png

And here are the league standings as they are now a third of the way through the season with just eleven league games left to play. As you can see, the side I turned down, Esbjeg fB sit in eleventh and are predicted to finish ninth! But their main aim is to avoid relegation and it wasn't a task I was to take on. My AC Horsens side sit eighth and are predicted to finish up in fifth. We are currently just five points off the expected finish spot and if we could make that now, we could be in good shape for next season!

So after waiting just over six months for a job it was finally time to start my reign here in Denmark with me in charge of AC Horsen I hoped I could boost their league position to try and meet their expectations. First month in charge saw me take over halfway through March and this would give me four league games to compete with as we were already out the cup and look to save our reputation.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/WFpbvefmtUNtBqkXzedDsjeVuQu1lB4HCYwjui0l.png

Life really didn't begin too well in Denmark as my first game in charge saw us face AaB away from home and fall to a disastrous four one defeat. We were behind after just nine minutes and knew it would be a tough day, two down inside quarter of an hour wasn't the start I had planned. Come the break we had conceded four and failed to find the net. Second half we got on the scoresheet through Madsen but it wasn't our day.

We did win our second game with me in charge as we returned home and welcomed high flying Nordsjalland where we nicked a two nil win. Krogh gave us the lead after thirty three minutes and he was the man to net our second as well. That came ten minutes after the restart as we eased to victory.

We then went two games without finding the net. Firstly we traveled away to FC Midtylland where we fell to a three nil defeat. We conceded in injury time in the first half and then conceded two minutes after the restart and we continued to slump. A third came for the home side in the last fifteen minutes.

And the month got worst in the final game as we welcomed high flying FC Kobenhavn and fell to back to back defeats conceding seven in two games as the away side netted four in the afternoon. Two down at the break, four down come full time, another atrocious performance!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/h0DHTZFZ6dy62FdEg2vsMlILQIAV5md5MIowixsz.png

So we have already slipped down a position and now sit ninth and nearing the relegation battle. We are ten points ahead of the relegation battle at the moment but with seven league games left we could still fall into it following our results we've had already this year. We are also seven points away from our predicted finish up in seventh which is a long way for us to get still.

Its fair to say we didn't make the best start in my reign here at AC Horsens but hopefully this was to be 'my month' and things could drastically improve. That was my plan anyway. April saw us face five of our remaining seven games and hopefully a turn of form!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/lR3nrJQuxhKnRJiw6KR0IyFTJqJhMn42rDb1h0qv.png

We started the month with just my second win in charge as we traveled to relegation threatened Silkeborg IF where we claimed a narrow one nil win. It wasn't brilliant but it was three points, the only goal came after just three minutes with Jonsson netting the only goal of the game.

We then welcomed OB and things returned to the 'norm' as we slipped to a defeat without us finding the net again. A poor showing saw us behind after twenty one minutes and two down before the break. Conceding a third after the restart and slipped to a three nil defeat.

We traveled to Lyngyb and went two games without a goal again as a close game on paper and on the pitch saw it end as it started. Neither side could make the breakthrough and this saw it end nil nil.

The month ended with a third game without a win and three games without a goal as we welcomed AGF and slipped to a three nil defeat for the second time this month. All three of AGF's goals came before the break and they missed a penalty in the second half as they could of piled more pressure on us!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/jUxax9RrkXTGAxlnqe5qUwjN1BCTynGEBXFYIrQj.png

Despite another 'rocky' month we have managed to climb to eighth and should we have beat AGF in the final game of the month we could of moved up to seventh and finishing fifth could of been a possibility. We are however just looking to avoid relegation now. We sit seven points clear but we still have a tough final three games to play. I just can't wait till the curtain comes down on this season.

The final month of the season was upon us and despite me only being in charge for two and a half months now it seemed like a very long season now. Three final league games to round off what has been a tough season and hopefully we could end on a high, with the season we've had and the start I've made here surely we could have some sort of luck in the final month?

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/UlLT4xWHCbVOSgPVz5MnJGQofHMk4hLlpR6aeCkg.png

We started the final month on the road to league leaders Brondby and slipped to another defeat with us now without a win in four. A shoddy performance saw us concede in both halves of the game and this saw no reply from us with us slipping to a two nil defeat.

Our final win of the season came in the penultimate game of the season as we welcomed SonderjyskE and once again it was another one nil win for us. The only goal of the game came from Moller in just the nineteenth minute as we managed to secure the points and safety this season.

Our final game of the season came at no risk as we traveled to Esberj, the team I turned down and picked up a draw to end the season. We fell behind in the opening ten minutes but managed to steal a point as we pulled back seven minutes after the restart through Vibe.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/wXASn7aq5fgI0uIJaK3bk3JWFWjUhW9f9T7unE5d.png

Thanks god the season is over and it really wasn't the best eleven games I've been in charge of so hopefully a slight change is on the cards for the summer and the season ahead. We did finish up in seventh come the end of the season which is still two positions below our expected finish but I was more than happy with that. We finish twenty six points off the top which is a bit of a worry as is only scoring thirty one goals in thirty three games! There are a lot of areas that need strengthening next year!

Over the last month or so a lot has happened before the summer break is even over and with the players still on holiday and pre season a couple of weeks away there were some big news stories popping around and one caught my eye back in Czech Republic to which could please Miimaa. However here is the run down on everything and I mean literally everything thats happened over the last month! THIS IS A BIG UPDATE!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/2aP5mIHeUKzH4GRwuQ3sF8GnRk7CQvEAMdPNt9Jk.png

Firstly news traveled from back in Czech Republic and my last and only appointment there Ceske Budejovice. I won the league there last year and this year round they have gone and done it again as they claimed a fantastic double along with the super cup I picked up here earlier in the season. However its good to see they've claimed back to back league titles after never winning one before I was there! Great news!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/5XyG3xzCx4KnMnP0AvIVzUtEqfhFlTekzYuXkfJA.png

This post is the one before the 'big' news. Here is the SuperLiga rundown over the last twenty one years and as you can see its mainly been dominated by one side. Nineteen out of the last twenty one league titles have been claimed by Kobenhavn but this year they finished down in third, their lowest finish since 2008! So it was a bit of a shock to see them not win it this year.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/kPhRB07myanPlZ44HxXVQg2erFL1AakiUuAooq4M.png

I then noticed this news pop up in the sub section on the FMC window. And this was the huge news. Kobenhavn and their manager Thomsen had parted companies. It appeared he wasn't sacked but stepped down from his role despite only taking the reigns of the clubs last year. This surely opened a small chance this summer for me to make a quick move from AC Horsens.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/GsaPSbhrfZcmP2OAcu4ztfNgFb2RKxbqtOlDRiP9.png

I went ahead and declared my interest in this vacancy whilst still in charge of AC Horsen's just incase my application failed I didn't want to be out of a job completely however this was about to change. It was set to be a tough month for us and I mean really tough month!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xLUxEN52hCCboWUMjhWkME3gOlrdsdildSChAOm0.png

I should of seen this coming! AC Horsens chucked the ultimatum at me offering me the chance to apologise and make myself look like a mug or step down. It really wasn't an easy idea as Kobenhavn had kept quiet over the speculation this summer so I didn't know where I stood. However after a small thinking session I decided it was best to step down and just hope on the bigger job!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ftjoBKGF33t11aAvmBwGuaTN3vCqOmGgZnw2YFWK.png

A couple weeks after resigning it proved to be a good idea as within the space of two days I received two completely different club offers. Firstly B 93 approached me completely out of the blue. They had just won promotion to the second tier as they won the 2.Division Ost and wanted me to take the club forward. The finances looked good at the club but I delayed the offer as I wanted to wait to hear back from Kobenhavn. Luckily it was the best idea as they came back to me with a very tempting offer. Offering me a five year deal on seventeen and a half thousand a week with a transfer fund of four million and over fifty thousand pounds spare in wages, it was a tough choice!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/luq9JQnpF2qhFDaJ45D0StNW2Sazph0iD1uSX1we.png

What are you doing? Did you even need to click that spoiler? Of course I took the Kobenhavn job and I hope I can restore their grasp of the top spot in the league and do a little better in the cup with them this year round! Hopefully this is the right move!

Woot, that was a lot of unexpected events. But this move should make it a lot easier sweeping up the titles and cup here. Since Kopenhavn havent done anything else last "couple" of years. Transfer and wage budget seem more then decent and i guess there are more then enough decent players around as well.

Good luck in the new season. But anything else besides title (and cup) should be a disappointment!

Dyrim I appreciate your constant comments thanks for showing such a big interest as of late! A switch to Kobenhavn, the biggest side in Denmark I couldn't turn down! With no super cup we only need to aim for the league title and the cup are the only two objectives for us!

Thanks miimaa, the job finally came and its fair to say I didn't last long there due to my own decision. However I hope I can be a hit here!
____________________________________________________
https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ljVxVMo3B7waOS15pEXiSKWrshipybbBuxCYDQk4.png

So another move and another new club for me. Life at AC Horsens became my shortest job in this career as it lasted just eight days! Yes thats right, eighty days! Oh dear, I feel like Shedender now! Hopefully life here at Kobenhavn will be much better to myself and the trophy cabinet. Before the pre season schedule begins I met with the board to review the finances and discuss the plans for the upcomming season.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/IRqEpmFjhC0eoc0LMM339v02EVcWjeFbmKPyHpgX.png

So the season expectations are that Kobenhavn return to the top of the pack and make their superiority count. Its the first time they've lost the league title from their grasp in twenty years so its important they don't lose it for long. The board have backed me financially to meet their expectations. Five million to spend along with fifty thousand free for transfers, I should hope I can meet their expectations.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/oAugnTyptPWnTQr6lLZhKUprP0N4EUOVXJz5cxjG.png

As you'd expect from a club as big as Kobenhavn they have a superb financial backing here at the club. With over twenty one million pounds sitting in the balance at the club we can definitely keep moving forward as well as just under six million available for transfer fees and fifty two thousand pounds free from the two hundred and two thousand pounds allocated for wages! Plenty of room to sign some new faces!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ZsFOZZlbLw28Khdm7ljm7F2Zb584kxNg0jCqKMvR.png

This is the squad report as we go into the summer and its already looking very strong with just a few areas where I feel I really need to strengthen over the next month. Our goalkeeper looks strong enough so do both our centre backs and our right back, We are struggling in the left back area so this will need to be addressed as will our left midfield. The rest of midfield doesn't look too bad, we could do with a solid, game changing central midfielder though. Up front I will probably continue to play just one striker and I may look to improve on our current leading striker Hedegaard.

The left side is a little weak as we both noted Dyrim but we are definitely looking to improve that this summer! Our goalkeeper isn't too prone to injury luckily so hopefully we won't have to rely on him. haha even adding little puns on my thread you hero!

Its been a very interesting twenty three days in charge to date. We have had a busy summer and I really feel I have produced some great transfers to date and this really allows me to feel confident ahead of the season. Its been a busy summer along with some good friendly results before we head into the Europa League qualifiers and the opening games of the league later this month.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/L5ieOK3IzSAhu588oFjDo1GpkdbZWaCmwlqPDIin.png

We have seen seven players leave the club this summer with three leaving on free transfers as they are no good whilst four players left for fees this summer. We only made seven hundred and seventy five thousand pounds this summer which isn't great considering what we spent the other way. Firstly we signed a new left back in the names of Adams for one point three million before a strong central midfielder in Wannar joined for just under four million. We also added quality on the left wing in the name of Rodriguez from PSG on a season long loan for twenty eight thousand pounds and a new striker Morel for one hundred thousand pounds also on a season long loan.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/fNdjyb8KG6YggYOHJtK3ZTMMT79LMsQkrrLhAqcM.png

This has left our squad looking like this with a huge improvement on the left side to make the squad as a whole look very, very strong for the division and hopefully it clicks immediately. We still don't have a backup goalkeeper but now have a strong looking back line and keeper with plenty of rotation available along the back line. Whilst our midfield is a little short in numbers, in quality it is not as we have versatile players for across the whole board. Our new Argentine striker in Morel should certainly liven things up.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/F7u0Lihr0NUHo3wLabg0b1gusTZyXlMZdiwNAFzs.png

The finances at the club are still extremely strong with the balance only down five million which is what we roughly spent on transfers this summer as we still hold over sixteen million pounds in the club. No transfer budget left and we are now spending one hundred and eighty nine thousand pounds of the one hundred and ninety one thousand pounds allocated for wages with just two thousand pounds spare which I won't touch.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/UZIsf0UqLQ2qeButXzWeDeqWwJaw3m5zzDzEJOwz.png

We only had time for four friendlies this summer and these were crammed into just ten days as we prepared for the Europa League clashes and the league starting later the month. We began the summer with a four one win before having a shock defeat. We pulled back up our feet as we won our next two games to end the summer on a high. Two clean sheets along with ten goals scored for us. A very good summer!

So here it was, after spending just eighty days in charge of AC Hoorsens I now approach my first game in charge of Kobenhavn and by the end of this month I would of already been here for forty four days! But back to life on the pitch, following a good pre season with some top signings we now head into the competitive season with six games, three in the Europa League qualifying rounds and three league fixtures.

Our first competitive game of my reign saw us travel to Armenia where we faced Ulisses in the Europa League second qualifying round. We made a storming start with a five one victory. The first coming after six minutes through new boy Rodriguez before another new boy in Morel doubled our lead. We were three up by the break as a third debutant in Wanner made it three. After the break we added a fourth through Hedegaard before Ulisses netted one but we added a fifth and were all but through as Saeed netted six minutes from time.

The league season started with a tricky trip to AGF but the players weren't phased by that and after traveling back from Armenia we still battled to a two nil victory. Azuma gave us the lead after twenty four minutes to kickstart our league campaign before a goal three minutes into injury time Morel wrapped up the win when he headed home confidently to secure a two nil victory.

My first home game in charge saw us welcome Ulisses in the second leg of the Europa League second qualifying round and it was another comfortable victory. Rodriguez continued his fine start as he guided us into the lead when he netted after twenty eight minutes left and we added a second with half an hour on the clock through Morel's third in as many games as we sailed through seven one on aggregate.

My first home league game in charge of Kobenhavn saw us face a tricky game welcoming Nordsjaelland. We were ahead after twenty five minutes through Wanner as he claimed his second of the season before doubling our lead when Grujicic nodded home a corner three minutes later. Things changed in the second half and Norsjaelland added a quickfire double which left us on level terms, until the eighty fifth minute when Bugge netted low and hard to wrap up a fantastic three two victory.

The first leg of the Europa League third qualifying round saw us welcome B Jerusalem and we narrowly advanced with a victory to take into the second leg. It was to be just a one nil victory which came after just eighteen minutes when Azuma netted for us.

We ended the month with our only 'down note' of the month as we traveled to Viborg and picked up just a single point. We were behind early on in the first half and struggled to fight back. We were lucky to equalise as an own goal went our way from a corner to earn a point.

A brilliant unbeaten league campaign and Europa League campaign so far for us with the first month going to plan. The league has seen us go straight to the top and already open up the smallest of gaps so far. With seven points from a possible nine we sit just a single point ahead of three teams including Nordsjaelland, Brondby and Lygnby. We have made the start we needed to!
