Just started my career in the hope to bring glory and cups to Salisbury. Will go on holliday tomorrow and will keep you posted on (hopefully) daily bases during the next 2 weeks.

As active countries:
England (duh)

France
Germany
Holland
Italy
Spain

Payments are set in € (EURO'S)

As first action i put up all contracted players up for sale and offered them to other clubs for no payment. This to free up as much as wagebudget as possible.

All non sold played where released on free transfer.

This all made way to do some signings i liked.

Mustafa Amezrine (23) looks like an amazing GK for BSS good values on most important points. Signed him for free for a wage of € 750 a week.

Jeroen van Oosterhout (31) decent looking DR Signed for free for a wage of € 375 a week

Chiró N'Toko (24) brilliant DC with 12+ on all key attributes and tall guy aswell with 1m90. Signed for free for a wage of € 800 a week.

Pierre Tosch (29) DC with a left foot, always like to play a right and a left footed player at center of my defence. Signed for free for a wage of € 750 a week

Kai van Hese (23) DL with 23 attributes 10 or above, got high hopes for hims to be brilliant for me. SIgned for free for a wage of € 750 a week.

Darty Brown (35) DM only decent DM i could find at the time. Signed for free for a wage € 450 a week.

David Lynch (19) MC decent attributes, only (very) low on physical department. Signed for free for a wage of € 425 a week.

Jasar Takak (30) MC great attributes (27 with 10 or above), will play him as a advance playmaker from centre midfield. Signed for free for a wage of € 825 a week.

Christian Kabeya (25) AMR with good dribbeling and crossing. Speedy aswell with good condition. SIgned for free for a wage of € 825 a week.

Renaldo Jongbloet (23) AML decent speed and good crossing. Signed for free for a wage of € 750 a week.

Andréa Fileccia (20) SC with finishing 15; and good on dribbling, first touch, technique and heading. lacks a bit of strength. But looks very promissing. SIgned for free for a wage of € 825 a week.

For all possitions i took in a youth player (age 15-17) as back-up for my first team. So need to hope for not to much injuries because the defference between my starting 11 and my reserves is big. Altho there seem to be a couple of decent talented players in there.

Basic tactic will be:
433 (41221)
Style: Fluid
Strategy: Attacking

Passing Style: Shorter
Creative Freedom: More Expressive
Closing Down: Press More
Tackling: More Aggressive
Marking: Zonal Marking
Crossing: Default
Roaming: More Roaming

Gk: Goalkeeper (defend)
DR: Fullback (automatic)
DCR: Central Defender (defend)
DCL: Central Defender (defend)
DL: Fullback (automatic)
DM: Defensive Midfielder (defend)
MCR: Ball Winning Midfielder (support)
MCL: Advanced Playmaker (attack)
AMR: Winger (attack)
AML: Winger (attack)
SC: Deep Lying Forward (support)

Pre-Season didnt went glorius, but that was also due to the fact i was busy signing new player while i already sold most of the players at the club. SO i dint worried to much. My last friendly was against Reading (premier) when i had my team complete and it ended 1-1 which gave me the feeling this team is ready for the season.

Press Alt+F9 on the screen you want and it pops up in My Documents-Sports Interactive-Football Manager 2013-Screenshots.

Once you have done that, the one I use is Imgur, which is the black, white and green 'i' at the top when writing a post. Create a free account and then it is just simply upload from your documents onto that. Once you've uploaded them, click on the picture, click on it again so it opens a new tab with the photo then copy and paste the web address into [img.] [/img.] (without the full stops in the brackets) and your screenshot will appear in your text wherever you put it!

Hope that helps!

With the pre-season done without a very good run, the season started. First match was very tight the first halve and we where lucky not to fall behinde after a couple of heafing oppertunities from corners. 2nd Halve we manage to get ahead with a very nice goal. A total fluke 2 nd goal tight the match up. Second game we ran away 3-0 first halve with a very good passing game. Opponents didnt manage to get back into the game. After the 2nd match i signed an other defencive midfileder because Darty Brown was tirering to quick for my tactic. 3th Game we continued where we left off the second playing good football and get ahead early in the match. The small squad and tight fixture list are taking its toll, after an other good first halve preformance, we conceded our first goal after 68 minutes. The brilliance of my goalie brought in the points.

Noticable players
Fileccia scoring a goal a match over the first 4 games.
N'Toko scoring 3 goals from corner kicks.
Amazrine only conceded 1 goal in 4 matches.

The good start got 3 players in the top 3 player of the month and me manager of the month:
1st N'Toko
2nd Kabeya
3rd Fileccia

The winning streak ended straight after i restarted with a bore 0-0 with only 1 real oppertunity. Getting in some season loans the create a bit more of depth in the squad so i can keep the players fit enough. Next match an other 0-0 against rivals Bath. Where is the creative football from the first four matches gone? Slided down to 3th position with the league leaders up soon. Started scouting all young players in last concract year in the premier division. Hopefully can get a couple of great talents in next season that are released on free transfer. An other non-sparkling match where we got the goal with a hint of offside, but i wont complain as it truned out to be enough. Next against the laugue leaders. After taking a good 2-0 halve time lead (well worked 1st goal and a bizar 2nd goal) a well placed counter sealed off the game. Only managed to get 1 player in on loan so far. Frome away for the FA-cup qualifing. Hopefully it can get my striker back to its scoring ways. With 19 shots on goal and 60% possesion we went close, but no sigar. In the replay a good goal halve through the first halve crumbled the resistance, giving me the oppertunity to rest a few key players the second halve for the next match. Next match against Staines playing a 352, which left them totaly exposed down the flanks and we made good use of it. Only downside was the unlucky own goal scored.

N'Toko get 2nd player of the month award and i taake 2nd manager of the month award.

Comming through the first 2 month unbeaten makes me very proud. Just wondering why an attacking tactic wins it on a unbeatable defence. But those things are just luckery problems. Started the 3th month with a match i totaly dominated but needed a fluke goal to win it. Now up is the FA-cup 3th round qualification, and scoring 5 goals within 25 minutes is a new record for me.We ran off 0-9 winner with Fileccia banging in an amazing amount of 7 goals

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/nXBk63RBFzBNlCp6NghQhk9X7q1jCpk5NWfKQRmo.png

To bad he had to come off injured, and we have to miss him for 2 to 3 weeks. But we got a good draw for the forth qualifing round with Poole Twon at home. An early rebound goal and a red card for the opposition opens up the way for an other easy victory. But we only managed to test the frame of the goal during the first halve and where caught napping at the start of the second, But a good further second hlave preformance set the record straight. Poole Town isnt the same push-over as Weymouth, after banging on the door for 65 minutes without finding the opening i took desperate measures by taking off my DM and bringing on an 2nd striker. At the end we got the result we wanted, but all in all a game to forget. First round FA-cup we have to travel to Leyton Orient. To bad we didnt get a home draw. Next match we seem to connect well with our crosses, and run away with an easy victory. Finaly getting an cushion at the top of the table. Amezrine mistake lets the opposition in after Fileccia had put us ahead, hopefully he this match will be the only one he make mistakes like that. With a defensive mistake in the 2nd halve i ran into my first defeat. The team definitly seemed affected by the first loss, next match was a bore 0-0 with no real changes.

That concludes the 3th month, Kai van Hese taking 3th spot in player of the month.

With our first defeat under the belt we are up for a real challange against Leyton Orient (L1). Especialy with the fixture close together its hard to keep all the players fit. But Leyton are on a bad run so i still have some hope. A good first ha;ve preformance gave us the 0-1 lead at the halve way mark. A brilliant preformance by my two centre backs shut out Leyton bringing home a 0-1 victory. Renaldo Jongbloet injured for 2 to 3 months in this match. Major set back for me, will try a short loan to fill the position. FA-cup drawn Forest Green (BSP) away, to bad its away again but not downhearted by the draw. Hopefully we can get to the 3th round and draw a major team. FA-Trophy first round i got Mangotsfield at home. An early goal and own goal and 2 dissallowed goals (1 dubious) gave me an other commanding posistion at halve time, allow to rotate some players out. A good thing because the fitness of the players is starting to be a real consern. An other worry is N'Toko is starting to accumilate yellow cards for no reasons, lets hope thats just a phase or bad luck, otherwise we could run into suspensions are that would be a major loss to the team. Non of the loan target for the left winger position are comming, guess have to fill the spot with a couple of youngster for the time being. Taking a chance on resting a couple of key players for the Mangotsfield match in order to keep the fitness up. After a first halve where we failed to make our chances pay we scored early in the 2nd halve, a second on the hur wrapped up the game and i can be relieved the gamble of resting players payed off. To bad one of the key players (Jeroen van Oosterhout (DR)) that wasnt rested got an injury and is out for about 5 week. First round FA-Trophy we draw home versus Telfort (BSP). With a goal from my youngster on left wing we bagged an other victory. Altho i have to admit we played most of our attacks on the right wing. Eventho we had the best oppertunities we could convert and the FA-Trophy first round ended scoreless. Which gives me an extra match in an already overfull fixture list. Also a minor injury for David Lynch thinning the squad further. My youngster on the left wing made a superb solo goal early in the replay adn Fileccia added a second on yet an other Kabeya cross. At halve time rotated 3 key players out, Kabeya didnt react well to his subtitution. Hopefully i can explain i need him fit for the next matches. Just past the hour mark conceded a penalty on a bad tackle manking me sweat . But we could see the out savely giving us a second round tie against Staines away.

I scooped an other manager of the month award.

Unfortunatly not. I make my report on monthly bases and make the on game by game review/preview, i gave the title at the start of the month when i was still unbeaten. My first defeat came during that month.

With november gone i am 3 point ahead in the league with 2 games in hand. Probably need the games in hand as i have a filled fixture list with 8 games already in december. More can come depending on how i do in the different cups. First up is the second round FA-cup match. N'Toko mistake gave away the first goal early in the match, i am curious how my team reacts after falling behinde early. Apperently not to well, missing a couple of good oppertunities Forrest Green runs away with it. Leaving us behinde dreaming about what might have been. On the plus side this gives us chances to change or focus more to the league and getting the tittle. Does the fixture list finaly caught up with us. A sloppy first halve with a lot of bad passes let the opponents in to score from a mistake, a solo effort equalized on the brake of halve time. But the first halve doesnt seem hopefull. Next 45 minutes didnt bring anything so i guess i should be happy with the point. For the next match Jeroen van Oosterhout is back and also David Lynch back in training, altho this match will be to early for him. Unfortunatly Kabeya is to jaded to play. An other match where we look helpless on the pitch. Can we stop the rot. Not winning 3 matches in a row, maybe a minor crisis? The referee tried hard to let the crisis continue, not giving an obvious penalty and dubious ruling out a goal for offside. But the team pressed on and managed to get 2 goals before the break. Giving me the oppertunity to give Jongebloet some playing time returning from his injury. Second halve didnt bring much so a comfortable victory. And 7 points clear at the top now. Letting the FA-Trophy skip resting almost all key players. Let the youngster take command! Staines again in a 352formation, exploiting the lanes again to lead 0-1 at the break. But the youngsters couldnt hold on and conceded 2 goals. That was the risk i took and i am not disappointed going out. With almost all key players back to full fitness i have high hopes for the next matches. And scoring 2 goals within the first 10 minutes proved me right. With a third added before the break thing seemed comfortable, but a Tosch mistake opened a way back into the game. Jongebloet locked it all up again scoring a messy goal. Third placed Eastleigh up next, this could be an important match. Amezrine kept me in the game the first halve, lets hope we can convert some chances the second period. We didnt give away anything anymore, but we couldnt find the net ourselves. Last game of the year of to a good start scoring within 2 minutes. Dispite numberous oppertunities we failed to net the second. Making the game close where it should have been beyond doubt. And with the GK injured the 1-1 came quickly. But with a late goal we got the deserved win.

At the end of the month we are 6 points clear with a game in hand.

With the new year here games still comming thick and fast. I am in a real mess for the first game as non of my players are above 90% fitness. But with all the cup out of the way hopefully we can recover fast and set our sights at the ultimate goal, winning the BSS. We got to 1-1 all on the break. But the real trouble is picking up 2 injuries. Luckily we managed to finish the game without further trouble but we lost 2 points in the proces. The good thing is that the injuries arent major, but we are not out of the woods yet, going into the match with the number 2 still with 4 players not fit enough. Losing an early goal and only being able to hit the woodwork we are behinde at halftime. 2nd Hlave we are unable to create anything so my happy new year turns into a nightmare within a week. With a weeks rest and still 1 point ahead (and a game in hand) we are trying to restart the year and forget about the first week. Taking an early 3-0 lead but we let them get back to 3-2. But we got the win that whats matters at this stage. Giving away a 1-0 lead in the dying seconds, looks like this is going to be a horror month. We still think its christmas looking at the way we are letting them in again almost giving away a 3-0 lead. In the early month we used to have a very solid defence now it more like swiss cheese.

Hopefully we can back to a better playing level in the months to come.

After the horror month januari, we hoping to keep the lead in the race for the tittle. Starting off with a solid 1-0 giving away nothing at the back and converting one of the (good) chances. Hmm, nothing from next match a hopeless 3-0 loss. Now 2 points ahead, its going to be tight to the end i guess. The good news is that i managed to extend the contract with Mustafa Amezrine with one year. Only other contract i want to extend now is that of Kabeya but he is asking to much wage at this moment. Other key players still have time on there contracts. A solid first halve display gave us a 2-0 lead, could have been more if we connected better with the crosses. 2nd halve passed without highlights and so we can add an easy victory. An other big match against the league number 4 start with an very early goal by Fileccia. My goalie saving an easy given penalty abd Fileccia pounding on a defencive mistake we get away with what coould be a very important victory.

At the end still came in 3th in manger of the month competition.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/u0nUMXsLGon7oPPYT77ML95agtTjlkNtxDtqkseV.png

A late goal in the first halve gives us a comfotable possition going into the second. We failed to build our lead but we got the points and thats all that matter closing down the season. Again scoring late in first period, but more noticable was the collision which made me replace 2 players with a slight knock. A 50th minute penalty sealed the deal, Fileccia got his 29th and 30th goal of the season to finish it 4-1, We still could be the run away winner now, increasing the gap to 9 points. Goalie injured after 30 minutes this could prove tricky as my back-up isnt that good. We played well and got the opening goal, but they conferted the one oppertunity they got so we had to settle for a draw. Thank god nothing serious was wrong with Amezrine so he is availeble for the next match. This could be an other cracker against the league number 6. Eventho they had the good early oppertunities we got the opener. They where the better team on the day and got the equalizer. We should have gotten the winner in the end but Takak failed beating there goalkeeper one on one. So the lead drops down back to 5 points again. It aint over till its over. Now this is it, the match against the number 2. This could be the decider. It took 16 seconds to openen the score. Did Takak feel guilty? Goals came and went. We went 2 up, then the got back to even, but i the end we where 2 up again. Next match we totaly dominated, but forgot to score a lot. the venue even became thrilling after they scored on a N'Toko mistake. That wake-up call was just enough to secue the victory. With Sutton dropping points again we are now 10 points clear with 5 to play. Managed to tie up Kabeya contract for an other year atlast. So all key players are signed for an other year and with the tittle for the crabbing things are looking bright again.

Second as manager of the month.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/r3qDbG3mlBcAwfdL8M7g7EDNEku4UJiZ1QhwIYQJ.png

Didnt create anything against 10 man Bath, losing 2 unnessasery points. But with the competition also dropping point i am now one win away from the title! A goo first halve display taking us 2-0 ahead. Time to get the champagne from the fridge. 4-2 and the title a new era arising for Salisbury? Hmmm undoubtly a downer is Kabeya out for 6 months with a torn calf muscle. With the title in the pocket, Fileccia score a first halve hattrick next match. Can he claim the topscorers trophy?
