A very good month for us, seeing us climbing up the table and proceeding to the next round in teh Capital One Cup. Here lies a big challance with Tottenham away from home.
Good results come from good preformances and with good preformances come rewards. Malefetsane Makateng won the Young Player of the Month award, with Daniel Schröer comming second.

Not brilliant in the league this month. two draws and a loss. The two draw where very annoying as I could have wonthe first and should have won the second. But finishing the month on a high getting past Tottenham in extra time and having a good draw with Watford at home in the quatre final.
An other good month by young defender Malefetsane Makateng winning his 2nd Young Player of the Month awar in a row.

A very good month saw me shooting up the table. Especialy pleasing the win against Tottenham for 2nd time in 3 day. The Liverpool match was a downer, being 5-0 down after 35 minutes, altho we did came back greatly.
An other month in which we pick up the Young Player of the Month award. This time it Colin Gordon who stepped in to replace my injured left winger.

A very tough month for us. Playing against the number 1,3,4 & 6 in the league. And non of those matches succesfull. Altho I do feel robbed in the Chelsea game and a better result was possible against Stoke. But we managed to remain in the top of the league and we qualified for the Capitol One Semi Finals. In both cups we have drawn against Liverpool. That is a kind of harsh 3th round draw in the FA cup.
The preformances of my left back Andy Ncaca has brought him a place in the African firs XI. He is also wanted by other teams but I don't feel they can offer enough to let him go. I bolstered my defence doing two transfer for the Januari window bringing in new central defenders. Both young and talented. Fabinho is one of the best young centre backs I have seen, bought him for € 9.5 Mil. And Sharu Eastham is a left footed centre back something I missed in my squad. Both are likely starters for the remainder of the season.

An absolute horror month. Besides all the losses, most of them late in the game. We where also struck with a lot injuries, of which 3 of them long term. Lets hope we can keep our league position a bit reasonable over this period.
Due to the injuries probles I have signed Robin van Persie on a free transfer to back up my striker and winger positions. Further did I sign Mane Aceski on a free transfer for next season.

With players slowly comming back from injury we should be able to pick up some momentum in the league again. In the league because we dropped out of the FA cup losing against Leeds.

A very decent month, getting the points where we could. Bringing us up again towards the Euro-League places. But we need to build a cousion, because the last part of the fixture list is the hard part.
With our decent run we also dominated the Young Player of the Month competion, with taking all three spots.

I am now manager of Salisbury for over 400 matches. And probably will be the new Alex; Arsene of the english premier league.
A very good month, we are in line for a Euro-League spot. Altho we have some tough fixture ahead. Being knocked out of the cups gave us enough rest to keep the players fit eventho I had a lot of injuries.
The good results brought me again the top three spot in the Young Player of the Month competition. Are we on for the Young Player of the Year?

We tried our best, but in the end we where just one result short to qualify for Europe. Maybe it was a bit more then we could hope for as season start predictions was 18th. So I should be happy with 7th, but when your so close......
And eventho we got 6 out of 10 Young Player of the Month awards, we also got the may one, there where no spoils at the end. For next season I am looking to bring in a Midfielder/Playmaker and a back up Right Back (as N'Toko is getting old). With a current budget of € 30 Mil. it should be easy, but I want to get a good balance between Skils, Price and Wage.

Nothing realy special during pre season we won our friendlies we where expected to win, we only lost to Juventus in a close game.
I brought in a Playmaking Midfielder, Mauro Vera, and a talented defender, Edgardo Toro. Two other a goalkeeper and defender came in on free transfer and can prove there worth at my feeder club Crawley together with two talented youngster from my youth set up. I am retraining Malafestane Makateng to become a right back. As first team or back-up, depending on how well he does.

The late equalizer by Derby is the only spot on a otherwise perfect first month of the season. The transfer deadline has passed and no good opperunities had opened so my squad will remain unchanced. Let the hunt for European football begin!
And I have started raking in more Young Player of the Month awards. Which is not reaal surpricing if you consider I got 3 Wonderkids in my team.

Still unbeaten in the league and through to the next rund in the Capital One Cup, where Hull away waits next. But with two draws and one win I am sliding away slowing on the table.

The month started of great, with 3 victories against very good teams. But then the decay started. Losing against Hull in the Capitial One Cup conceding 4 goals in the last 15 minutes, and a loss against Aston Villa. Can we stop the rot?
With Daniel Schröer banging in 6 goals in the three good matches it brought him the Player of the Month award, meanwhile Hervé Duccasse took the Young Player of the Month award.

A normal month without something special, 8 point out of a possible 15. But with games against Chelsea and Tottenham I didn't expect to win all.

A good month for us, keeping us in the Champions League spots. A top 4 finish would be awesome achievement.
As my career evolves more higher reputated clubs are comming for my signature. This time AC Milan came knocking on my door.
