Air India Swoop For Goldsmith

Unknown aspiring manager Joshua Goldsmith may well feel he is in dream land today as he flies into India, to enter talks with Mumbai based Air India FC. The well established club is thought to be tired of being a proverbial thorn in the side of the bigger sides in the sleeping giant of a footballing nation and plans to take it by storm with a young ambitious manager from the home of football at their helm.

Goldsmith will be quick to accept a job at any kind of football club having only recently gained his licences to further his career, but we suspect he had no idea of the sort of size club he would be liasing with come July.

Goldsmith Flying Without Wings In Mumbai!

Aspiring young manager Joshua Goldsmith no longer needs to aspire for anything as he was today announced as the new manager of Air India FC. The young Englishman will be taking up his new job in quite the culture shock as he will need to adapt to the lifestyle as well as the style of play in a young footballing country.

When asked by Sky Sports how it feels Goldsmith was quoted saying "It's an honour, India is a true sleeping giant of the footballing world and I intend to wake it. Nobody here knows me, in fact nobody anywhere knows me and that is what I like. Flying under the radar has been a staple of this great side I take over today and it took no thought to see we match perfectly. I will be busy this summer, that's for sure!"
