Hey guys struggling in the lower leagues in england.

Been playing a flat 4-4-2 on counter, structured, more direct passing, early crosses, exploit flanks. But not having much luck.

Try 4-1-3-2 with attacking fullbacks/wingbacks, and halfback. Works well for me.
