* Improve Youth Facilities/Youth Level
* Sign Young Payer And Bring Young Players Through The Academy
* Only Sign British Players



The Team Is Predicted To Finish 18th which ill take as the Team has only Just got Promoted

First 3 games was not what i expected losses against Gloucester Stockport and Tamworth. But get our First win against Chorley Winning 5-2 but after that result we go 4 unbeaten

how have you found the staff situation on the BETA?? I started a save with Chelmsford as i like picking a team with the objective of avoiding relegation in my first season and cause of Golden FM's series. I looked at signing up some staff, they all seem to be much worse than last years free agent staff and they are 95% regens. I assumed it was a bug and i am going to wait till the full game for my long term save

Thanks Wazzzy and staff situation is not great managed to get a decent scout in other than that rest of my staff are rubbish and majority are regens that i ive found

A Good Month for a side that was tipped to struggle. First match loosing to Inform Lowestoft town. Then Winning the next 4 Including 2 high scoring games against Corby and Colwyn Bay

A Decent Month for us with with 4 wins and 2 losses against 2 strong sides and into the FA cup first round aswell



Down to 8th but still a good position if i can sort out the defense and keep our form going we may sneak into the playoffs but will be tough
