This skin is designed for 1920x1080 resolution. It should work with other resolutions but I don't test every single panel with every possible resolution. If you're using a different resolution and something doesn't display correctly please post your resolution and a screenshot of the issue and I'll do my best to fix it. However, I will NOT fix issues related to using different zoom levels. If you use any zoom level other than 100% you will have problems.
Download the skin.
Step 2
Extract the files (using either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac).
Move the folders inside into your skins folder:
Win Vista/7/8/10: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\skins
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\skins
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2016/skins
Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
Step 3
Start the game and go to Preferences screen and Interface tab.
You should see "Wannachupbrew-FM16-(version number)” as an option in the skin drop down of the General options section.
Hit the Confirm button.

Btw, is there a difference between pressing instant result or simulate match? I've been using simulate match mainly

That's because it's not there yet. Last time I checked wanna hadn't found a way to put it where he wanted. That might have changed already, but it could take until the game is officially released before it gets sorted. There's no working Resource Archiever for the game until the release day and finding the right bit of code takes a lot of work at the moment.

The icons without 2x versions are the ones that shouldn't be needed as they were not in FM16 graphics, but I included them just in case because they were used in FM15. I didn't resize the attribute icons yet as I'm not certain where they are used and I'll fix that later, if it's needed.Use as you please.For some reason the weakest and strongest attribute icons are still larger than the others. I double checked and the normal icons are 40x40px in size and 2x versions are 80x80px. Makes no sense.
E: Nevermind, that must be related to the attribute icons that I talked earlier. I'll fix them too then.
E2: Resized the attribute icons too and it's now working as intended. The link is updated with the new file. There's some icons in the attributes folder without 2x version, but that's how it's in the original files too and the game is using them all. The icons without 2x versions (total of three) in the report card folder are most likely not used as they are icons from FM15, which were not in FM16. They are included just in case anyway.

In my opinion the blurring was the worst addition to the game and I tested this and it works. Just something you might want to consider.

Yes i changed back to the defaut skin this morning to test it - i tried it to change the attribute panel using the in-game editor in the player page & the attributes page, both worked fine in the default skin - in your skin its seem to be the attribute panel in your player page that is the problem but the attributes page worked fine for me -
