Lack of goals

Anyone having issues scoring goals. I have went Celtic and I am playing a 4-2-3-1 and I am really struggling. Anyone got any decent tactics that produce goals and lots of them?

I am drawing a lot of matches but should be wiping the floor with most Scottish teams.

With that formation I tend to find that the wide players score more but overall you do score less than having two up top.
As you are the best team in the league you should be able to set you tactics to attacking and maybe try a 4-2-2-2 so you have two wingers and two strikers, try one as a advanced forward and then a deep lying forward or complete forward if you have the players for it.
When you play in Europe or against decent away teams in the league you could switch back to your 4-2-3-1
