Want to do a career with athletic bilbao.
I understand they can only sign basque only players however how do i search for these?

You can search by place of birth I think, might have to do a separate search for all basque territories though.

As long as you have the "Realistic transfers" option ticked in the filters of the "All known players" and "Scouted players" windows you will only see players with basque nationality

As above, you'll only see eligible players listed.

FYI you can also sign sign 15/16 year old Spanish players

awesome thank you. I just bought nacho monreal from arsenal for 12 million aussie dollars as there wasnt really anyone else to buy haha
