Need help over match prep assistent!!

ok odd question but I only have one formation/tactic that i tweak per game as needed. Howeever I get that stupid assitent email ever few weeks saying that he is worried about match preparation and that we should set up alternative tactics so we are prepared for any situation, which I dont care about cause im happy with the one tactic im using. Is there anyway to turn this off so he stops sending me it im over hearing about how is concerned with it...

The solution is, just add a second tactic same (with a few tweaks) or similar to the one you got and he will shut-up about it
