HELP! i just downloaded the game faces, im new to all this stuff so im not sure how to extract the file, ive downloaded Peazip but i dont know what to do now, help

There should be a Football manager folder within you 'My documents' folder, if there isn't a folder entitled graphics within it, create one and extract to there.
