By selecting these I'm hoping we'll get good regens and be able to keep an eye on the big leagues at the same time.
1st Season Transfers
Unfortunately I forgot to get a screen my finances at the start. I remember having 4 Million to spend at the start with 20k wages in play. However being a Wednesday fan, I believe our team is hard to improve. Sam Johnstone deal has a 1.5m future fee just in case he plays out of his nut and Wildsmith doesn't develop as much as I'd like out on loan..

Actual coaching ability (All are light/average workload)
Notepad is covering my managers name, however I've put it on max ability so that I can spread the workload a little more. It's just a little easier that way.

So pre-season was pretty bad. Although it probably took it's toll on my teams morale, I felt it was the right thing to do as we needed income and match fitness.
As for our Championship start, I was absolutely buzzing putting 4 past newly promoted Bristol City. Things then got even better as we managed to reverse the real life score at Portman road with Tommy Smith scoring against his ex-club as well as young Portuguese Striker Lucas Joao bagging a brace.
I was going into Reading with high hopes! I find they're a little hard to predict in real life and in football manager. They're a team that really could end up anywhere. I was kind of expecting a win I just didn't think it'd be as convincing as it was with Sougou scoring and assisting and Matias scoring a brace. Later that week we travelled to Bellend Road where we struggled to threaten the goalkeeper despite having 13 shots only 3 were on target. It was a pretty boring derby.
The Coc was pretty straight forward however I made a slight slip up, I put out a full first team line up meaning that my starting XI was going to be playing 4 games in 2 weeks. I believe this is why we struggled at Middlesbrough. They're a good team and sitting on the same points as us in the table however beside the fact we took 8 shots and got 0 on target it was a very even match and the goal was a squared pass right in front of the feet of Sam Johnstone which Carlos de Pena tapped in at the far post to make it 0-1 Boro.

Overall September was a decent month. We had a game or two we could of very easily won, unfortunately we lost to Burnley and then conceded an 86th minute goal to Bolton. At this point I thought we were going to hit the rough patch which always comes somewhere in the season no matter who I am managing however thankfully this was not the case. We got ourselves a very convincing win at home against Fulham (2nd place at the time) and won using a slightly rotated team versus wolves. To round the month of we got a 0-0 away to Brentford, this was a little disappointing as we definitely deserved more but our finishing in and around the box was very poor.
Looking at the October schedule was giving me mixed feelings I knew I could get at least 6 points from that month (Preston and Rovrum) the other 3 championship fixtures Hull QPR and Nottm Forest was a little worrying. Hull and QPR both being in the top half of the table and very capable of giving me a good beating, I was very happy to draw with them. The Hull game wasn't very pleasing to watch we went ahead from a Curtis Davies OG and struggled to really take control of the game. A draw was a fair result looking back at it (statistic-wise at least). However I was pretty mad when we conceded at QPR, Kieran Lee decided to turn his back on the ball that was coming towards him which made him get dispossessed and QPR scored on that exact counter. Once again statistically speaking that was a very even game. Leeds was a game I didn't really care about other than morale, I've found my squad is very thin and I need to get in a bunch of loans during the winter window as the team isn't always 100% fit going into the matches ahead.

Arguably not the smartest transfer in the world. He'll need to be loaned out for at least 3 years to obtain his work permit unless we can get it on appeal when he comes to the club in January. I'm to future minded, that's what will hinder me when we get to the prem most likely.
Outgoings
Sam Johnstone - Wasn't getting any games at us, felt he should move on. Westwood has been fit enough to play every game and if we ever have an issue Lewis Price is on the bench with Wildsmith available to recall at any time (he's doing decent at Donny on loan.)
Rounding the month off no players got awards however Sougou is still absolutely dominating, Joao has picked up a nice bit of form and I came 3rd in the manager of the month award.

New contract
November/December
December possibly the worst month of form since pre-season? It's not that I'm performing bad and not getting shots away, I just cannot seem to find the back of the net. I'm looking into a couple of loans that may see me try out 4231 with a TM and SS instead. Depending on what happens during this window, want to stick with the current formation right now though.

Played a fully rotated team against sunderland. Was not interested in that game at all, will only hinder our league form.
