Welcome to what I believe is a brand new challenge, unseen on any football manager forum to date (I could be wrong). I've had a look around several sites but couldn't find anything along these lines so thought I'd create this challenge, The United Kingdom City Traveler. The aim is simple and the game will be fun, near impossible, but fun along the way.
(Pictured: London, just one of the 66 Cities that need beating)
The Aim:
The aim of the game is simple, run around between the 66 cities located within the United Kingdom, 50 in England, 6 in Scotland, 5 in Wales and 5 in Northern Ireland, trying to win as many Champions League trophies as possible. Once a Champions League trophy has been won its time to pack up your bags and run for your next city, ticking that one off and never having to come back. Any other trophies won throughout your stint don't count towards the challenge but of course, everyone loves bonus trophies to brag about. *Some cities may not be able to be completed if teams aren't playable.
The Game Setup:
Loading in all playable leagues from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland is a minimum requirement, any other leagues can be loaded either on view only or fully playable, however travelling out of the United Kingdom isn't permitted throughout this challenge. Best to load a large database as well.
The Manager Setup:
You can start wherever you like, with this challenge being on such a long term save it would be pointless starting unemployed and with no qualifications so feel free to start at your favored club be it Liverpool or Chelsea, Celtic or Rangers, Cardiff or Swansea, you get the picture. Obviously you can set your own background to the manager, the better qualifications and history you start with, the easier it'll seem that you can sign players, have the players behind you etc. It'll also be more realistic if your in that job as well (depending where you start).
The Challenge Rules:
No Limits on how many leagues you can load.
No FMRTE or Genie Scout whatsoever.
Once you’ve won the Champions League you must leave the club
You can't leave the United Kingdom
You can add Edited in Leagues such as lower Scottish leagues if you wish
FMC can be used in this but you have to mention that you are using it
Can you master the challenge and bring as many Champions League trophies back to the cities in the United Kingdom. Below is a list of all the cities that would need completing.

Added to OP. Will research others later

I've added Scotland into the OP.
Was going to suggest adding Wales into the list but a quick search and I've realised Wales only has one city (that don't have a team playing in England), so that would be a
littlelot pointless.Ipswich Knights

I'm pretty sure you forgot to add an extra 0 at the end of 10, right?
