First time logging in here for quite some time, due to me checking my credit card bill and noticing a payment of 10 GBP. I certainly wasn't expecting to see that so started investigating how it had happened. Checked PayPal and noticed a subscription so have cancelled that and then checked through my emails to see that I did start the subscription this time last year.

As I have very little intention to visit here that frequently can you invoke my membership and forward a refund please?

It might be worth you setting up some sort of email reminder before a subscription runs out so people have the chance to cancel before any payment is made, rather than getting a nice surprise charge from their credit card company or bank.

We do actually send out emails, although we've had some issues with deliverability of emails these past few weeks so it may not have made it to your inbox.

I think paypal also send out emails, I may be wrong about that though.

Anyway, refunded!

I'm in the exact same situation as big_evil whereby I no longer visit this site and have only visited today after noticing a £10 pound payment to this site with no warning. I too didn't receive an email into my inbox and was wondering if you would be able to give me a refund.

I'm in the situation also as big evil. I no longer visit the site and logged on today, because of the £10 pound payment on my bank statement with no warning. Would you be able to give me a refund please.

Hi Rob,

I've got the same problem as the above. Just got a notification saying I've paid £10, despite no prior notification via email or anything. In my final year at uni and I've got no time for FM this year at the very least so won't really be needing my account membership. Is there anyway I could ask for a refund as well? Sorry for the hassle.
