Please pay more attention to your cuts on the black background,eliminate snow,try to leave at least 2-3 pixels of the collar visible,cut just under the chin (not Adam's apple) whenever it's possible,don't leave any space above the head (if you're working on the dark background already,switch it to white or silver before cropping so you could be more accurate when finding the highest hair pixel)
