quite possibly the best head of youth development coach you can hire in the game. he was at Middlesbrough in previous versions but now he's unemployed. a must signing at the start of a new game.

Conti is the only one of these that is actually good.

Personality and tactical preferences are the only things that you should look for in a Head of Youth Development, as those will influence the personality and player roles of your youth intake. Everything else is completely irrelevant unless you're playing as a seriously cash-strapped club in desperate need of another youth coach.

can i just ask, what do you guys use to post pics on here, i print screened the pic, pasted it into paint and then uploaded it to photobucket, then i used the link from photobucket. however as you can see the quality of the pic i posted is quite poor, how do you get better quality like the ones others have posted?
