1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2015 or 2016/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
FM15/16 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

But that won't affect my already started game, will it?

I had the same issue with Puskás Akadémia.
There were some error in the generic setup of FM 2016.
The solution see bellow:
1. You need real time editor like FMRTE 2016
2. Search and choose Puskás Akadémia
3. Choose Kits and Colours
4. Chosse Home Kit _0
5. Change Type to Shirt than SAVE
That would solve your issue!

I actually was able to do this with the in-game editor. I did the following:
- Edit Kit Details
- Selected Home Kit -> Shirt
- In "Type" box, (re)selected option "Shirt"
- Clicked "OK"
This unloaded the licensed kits, so then I had to select "Allow Licensed Kits"
And boom, it was there! Thanks so much!
