why do you want matches between ai teams to have more goals in them? seems quite an odd thing to ask for...

my team scored 70-80 goals a season. team AI score 30-40.so not interested
p.s.champion League he scored 42 goals. my team's 86 goals, finished on 6 position

what league are you managing in, it can't be any of the top leagues if your rivals are only managing to score 30-40 goals a season. if that is really the case i would very much like to see an end of season screenshot of the table, because that is a remarkably low number of goals for your title rivals to be scoring in a 38 game league season.
i don't understand what your saying there, once again it is too incoherent for me to read. who scored 42 goals? another team? what does that have to do with the champions league, i thought we were talking about goals scored in a league season. now your saying that your team finished 6th despite massively outscoring the opposition, if that is the case you must have one the worst defences in the whole league so i would be more worried about sorting that out then trying to get the ai to score more goals.
