With your file all kits in Italy works great. I just want to report some wrong background and font colours.
Serie A: Hellas Verona home kit background should be dark blue and yellow, as the default one in the game, and as historical colours of the team. You made it purple/violet. Why?
Serie B: Nothing so wrong here, just a personal taste based on historical colours: Cagliari home fonts should be red. Crotone home fonts should be dark blue. Lanciano and Latina home fonts should be black.
Lega Pro A: Giana Erminio and Mantova have both away backgrounds & fonts wrong.
Lega Pro B: Prato away fonts and backg. are wrong. And general background for Prato, seems to be violet and not dark blue as it should be.
Lega Pro C: Ischia home kit and background colours are wrong. Should be dark blue and yellow. Lupa Castelli Romani away backgr and fonts are wrong. Martina Franca home colours are right, but just inverted. Backgr should be light blue and fonts white.

There are still some fake third kits in Lega Pro (Cuneo, Lumezzane, Pro Piacenza, Rimini, Savona, Tuttocuoio). There aren't real kits, I know, but you should just remove them.

Yes, I'm italian.
Anyway, maybe I said it wrong. The third kits of these teams I wrote about in the last part of my post, aren't in the pack.
In the game, Cuneo, Lumezzane, etc.. still show a third kit, but it is fake because in the pack there aren't the "real" kits. It's not Redgray fault. Probably these teams don't have a third kit at all in real life, or it was never used.

ok but only you asked to remove third kits....so better just leave it.
