The idea is to use the same method as O'Leary's Trainee with his OLT Expanded Hair Pack v3.0 to replace the facegen hair but instead, replacing them with people faces that were not in the game, just as Rowan's Regen Replacements (Cut-Out Style).

I found a pack in FM Korea that did the same thing with around 1.000 different faces. I couldn't find the page again by myself but I downloaded the pack and uploaded it if you want (LINK).
This pack has a background on the new regen faces, as seen below:


I mantained the structure of this pack and replaced their faces with Rowan's (and other cutters from sortitoutsi). So every regen has a face of a person not in the game. Like this:

Installation:

-Backup your hair folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2016\data\facegen\hair
-Delete it and extract the new hair folder there
-Regen faces should be replaced upon loading the game

Issues:

1.-Not all faces cover all the real regen face on the background, so sometimes you can see a part of the original regen ears for example. When i have time i resize the replacement faces so they can cover the regen, but it takes time.
Solution:
If you don't want to see the original regen showing behind the cut out delete these files and restart the game

D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2016\data\facegen\little_endian\model_sets\default\face\facehi.png and eyelhi.png and eyerhi.png

2.-This pack lacks of asian faces compared to other ethnicities.
Solution: Contribute with more cut-outs (http://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/350/regen-replacement-images). You can use this website to mix and generate new faces: https://photofunia.com/effects/face_swap
Is one of the best I have found.

3.-Faces not showing or bald regen.
Solution: I think this bug is solved in FM16

Even though the quantity of the faces in the pack improved greatly (1.008 in v1.0 vs. 13.868 in v1.1), the quality is not that good, so I think the next update will be a depuration, cutting down the number.

If someone would like to collaborate (adding better cut out faces, resizing, fixing collars, removing snow or adding asian players) is very welcome.

In Peru and Paraguay , too little, but I think the problem : Number of Regen in general, and small picture number ve .
