No, but I did half of conference north. I'll post some more later. Unfortunately most of teams from that level have crappy websites and I'm having trouble finding pictures for some away kits. So if any fan or local guy can post some good pictures of following teams, I might do the whole league:
Bradford PA away
Chorley away
United home and away
Lowestoft away
Nuneaton home and away
Stalybridge home and away
Stockport home and away
Worcester home and away
Also third kits, if they exist.
If I'm not mistaken, following teams have kits exactly like last year:

Bradford PA: Best two pictures I could find of their away kit was on their twitter: here and here
Chorley FC: Website article launching their kits for 2015/16 here, seems their away kit is green this year and not blue at all!
Lowestoft FC seem to have a dedicated photographer, their white away kit can be seen here.

Since Nuneaton is already done on FM scout forums, only Bradford PA away (yellow Kappa) remains problematic because of lack of good pictures. I'll try to find it on some other clubs websites photo sections, maybe BPA was somewhere as a guest

Eh, Telford...why didn't I start with Telford, they have huge gallery with hi-res photos from every game. I even found Bradford PA away.
Anyway, with these last kits I believe we have completed Conference north. Solihull, Harrogate and Gloucester have home and away kits same as last year. Boston and Tamworth have away kits same as last year. Nuneaton is already made in FM Scout forums. The rest are here in my posts, and here are the last ones.

For some reason the Bradford Park Avenue away kit doesn't show in my game - is that my bad?
Also, SI has the following teams as having third kits which we don't: Telford (red third), Boston United (blue third), Bradford PA (blue/pink third) and Lowestoft (yellow third)... I assume this is something for @hammer9 to sort out in his next SSKCC update though

Yes, it's your bad :-) Works fine on my PC. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you use ingame editor and you remove a shirt with it, even if you add it afterwards, licenced kit won't show anymore. Perhaps you did such thing in the past and forgot about it? That is assuming you did everything right with assigning correct id and spelling in config.xml
Bradford third (blue-pink) is the away nike kit from last year, but I don't know if they played with it this year.

I definitely haven't done anything like that! Though I do use the current SSKCC and stuff, don't see why that would change Bradford PA when the pack hadn't been done. Need someone else to download it and check my config I guess!
The Boston blue kit seems to be their away kit from 2013! Pretty sure they haven't played in it this season either.
AFC Telford don't have a third kit on their club shop site, but I went through their extensive photo gallery for this season and they have never played in a red top either.
So, definitely a job for @hammer9

I know there aren't Boston, Lowestoft and Telford 3rd kits this year in real life but in game they are the same as last year's third kits, so if you have the packs from last year you can copy them across (though Lowestoft 3rd probably needs sponsor blanking out - see below) if you want a full set before they are edited out (which you will also need if you already have a save game on the go).
Here's a de-sponsored Lowestoft 3rd Kit (from last year, no such kit this year. I did not make this kit, just removed the sponsor):

True, if you are doing this for your saved game then remember to edit the config also as I didn't put a line in for those teams to have third kits - as they don't this season. Also, Telford were in the conference premier last season so you'd need to download that league again too

Same here, I assume it's to do with something that @hammer9 can fix in his next SSKCC rather than an error in config as I can't find one!
