This is actually their old logo, when the China Fortune company took over the club they changed their logo to this, incorporating their name Hebei China Fortune Football Club with the initials CFFC

Hello everybody may I have a logo for a fantasy team I created? It's a combination of Vitoria city emblem and basque flag with a shamrock. So I wish for the shape of the emblem with the crown and the banners (including those written inside them) but instead of the castle the lions and the crows I wish for the basque flagas a background and a Shamrock in the middle. The name of the team is Hirusta and the year founded 2015 so if you can fit the name somewhere it will be nice. If it is not wise just leave it.
