Fidney's FM2016 Chalkboard Backgrounds

Folks,

My Chalkboard Backgrounds for FM20xx have been updated to version 2016.02 to match v 2016.02 of Kremmen's awesome metallic logos (used with his kind permission - many thanks mate). These look just as awesome in FM2016 as that do in previous versions.

Includes over 1800 full-screen backgrounds covering most competitions in the game (one for every competition where there is a metallic logo), including the English reserves and under 18 leagues, complete with config files.

Note - You need to have backgrounds enabled and be using a skin that supports backgrounds to use these.







This pack includes alternate backgrounds for the European Championships, World Cup and Olympics.

Installation Instructions - WINDOWS ONLY (for other Operating Systems I suggest you extract the archive in a separate location and manually copy to the destination directories).

CARE - these instructions will REPLACE any existing files of the same name in the destination directory. There SHOULD be no effect on any other files in those directories - they should not be replaced or deleted.
However, for the sake of safety I strongly recommend that you back-up any files you have before following these instructions, so that you can replace them if something goes wrong.

1. Place the pack or update in the directory C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20xx\graphics\pictures\backgrounds\competitions (if this does not exist you will need to create it).

2. Extract the archive - This will over-write any previous verisons of the file. If you get the message that the file already exists and do you want to replace, select "Yes to all".

The above contains ALTERNATE Vanarama backgrounds showing the shoulder patch instead of the league logo. This pack includes three full logo sets (in both metallic and "vanilla" ) and backgrounds, one set showing the league logos and one set showing the shoulder patches in white and the third set showing the shoulder patches in black.

Hi Mate,

You need the "FULL PACK v2015.01" first then each of the updates, in numerical order starting with "Update 2015.02 (from 2015.01) FIXED".

Each update contains new backgrounds AND updated backgrounds, so if you don't apply them in the correct order you will end up with some backgrounds showing out of date logos.
