Because this stint doesn't really count, because we can't do anything about the foreign players until the summer window, heres a quick recap on my stint to finish the season off. A classic eleven goal thriller to kick it off with us beating Everton six five. We then drew 1-1 to both Villa and Arsenal. Beat QPR three nil, then beat Arsenal 3-2 in the FA Cup Semi Final. Lost to Bournemouth three nil, finished the season by beating Newastle three nil.

We finished eleventh in the end, not a bad season since we took charge, time for some big changes now though.

Championship club Reading win the FA Cup final with a nintieth minute Sutton goal. Its not all bad, it wouldn't of counted had we of won this due to our foreigners.

Pre season upon us, the board gave us a warchest of £40million! Plenty of money to spend and thats before any exits!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/qBBOX6Smt0VLIOsrQOCVqbgPI142oixVbJfkHISB.png

As you can see, a lot of players do need to depart, these are being transfer listed and will leave the club this summer, we'll try get the best money possible on them thats for sure.

I'd say I've done alright so far! £98.11 million from player sales as we got rid of all foreign players this leaving us with over one hundred and ten million pounds to spend. I've made a start on the spending, with £71 million already going out, bringing in six more players, all English!

Cheers @javier_83. It's going to be interesting to see how quickly the team gels together.

For some reason @Dan forgot to sign a left back so I've brought in Conor Mitchell from Scottish side Inverness.

We both agreed that a new shot stopper was a must and I've splashed more cash to bring in England's first choice goalkeeper Gary Swift to the club for a fee that'll raise to £44 million pounds but I feel he'll be well worth the dosh. He's 27 years old so has good experience at not just club level but international level too.

Yet again the cash has been 'splashed' as I've purchased another centre back left back as Welsh international (well, at least I hope he's an international) Greg Collins has arrived from Southampton for a fee believed to be around thirty five million pounds. He's only twenty so he's got around fifteen years at the club, if he performs well.

And the last signing of the transfer window has seen me complete the purchase of former Birmingham City right back Adam Todd for a fee that'll rise to £20 million pounds. Todd's 26 years old so has good enough experience and will be first choice.

Now with the business all done, the main question needs to be asked - how quickly will the players gel?

And it's a winning start to the Premier League season for the new look Tottenham as we have deservedly beaten Stoke City 3-1 at the Britannia Stadium as all goals had arrived in the final twenty minutes. Eoin Marshall broke the deadlock on seventy minutes but the hosts levelled a minute later, Jonny Poole put us back into the let with sixteen minutes remaining before Thomas Gregos' goal with nine minutes remaining sealed the points.

If we had taken our chances in this game then I'd be under no illusions that we would've picked up a comfortable win against Swansea at New White Heart Lane. Richard Burns and Ian Gilbert scored our goals in between two Swansea goals through Nico Rutten and Eddie Scott (who I wanted to sign but they wanted £120+ million, f*ck that). Disappointing.

Bounced back from that Man City mauling with a three goals to one success at home to Queens Park Rangers as Richard Burns' brace helped us to victory after early substitute Will Sawyer had broken the deadlock.

Rubbish performance but we came from behind to secure another three points against West Bromwich Albion. Joe Alabaster had equalised three minutes after Albion took the lead at New White Hart Lane, Richard Burns' goal on the hour mark turned out to be the winner in an otherwise forgettable game.

Despite having an extremely busy transfer window, Tottenham have had a tremendous start to the season as they're lying up in fifth place after six games as the game now gets uploaded to @Dan. The side have suffered two defeats in our first six games and those came both on the road to Manchester City and a Liverpool side who have a one hundred percent record early on.

Sorry about my updates, but I'm just not motivated to do match by match ones at the moment and just want to get through my stint today. Five games in October, five wins in October as this English revolution keeps plowing on. It was an 'easy' month though on paper. Tricky tie against Fulham in the Capital One Cup Fourth Round which we had to go all the way to penalties to beat them.

November was a short, four game month and looked much tougher on paper with a trip to Old Trafford as well as welcoming Chelsea and a second head to head clash with the Red Devils this month. We lost to relegation candidates Bournemouth two one before travelling to Old Trafford and lose three one. We then beat Chelsea and upturned United at Home in the Capital One Cup with a late showing from both teams.

Very even game in the Capital One Cup Quarter Final. It was a late showing from both teams though. We went one down with four minutes to go. Equalised a minute later through Bounou. Quesada then missed a penalty for United in the eighty ninth minute and this allowed us to steal the win in injury time!

Tottenham vs Norwich

It would be good and I expect us to get there @Shedender, not forgetting we were in the FA Cup Final when we took charge, which we lost but wouldn't of counted had we won it due to the foreigners. Its good to see how well our team are performing in the first season as an all British side though.

New owner in charge, consortium, not full of money, however he did pump £50million into the club and hopefully will help us with some money transfer money soon. Rumors we'll be replaced by Ledley King but I highly doubt that'll happen.

My stint is done with December wrapped up, we got heavily battered at the start and end of the month however three wins in the middle. Arsenal were up for the big London derby game and deserved their win. We then deservedly beat Everton, West Ham and Birmingham. Fulham are sixth in the league but we couldn't compete here.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/XuKMB3h0vDkvisOllF3urcuJQGu6OhxOUkMh3Taw.png

We go into January fourth in the league, obviously myself and @Shedender weren't expecting instant league titles, we knew this was going to be a 3-5 year project to tick off the top tier of England and so far it seems to be going to plan. The extra incentive of European football next season could see us bring in some bigger English players in the summer.
