No, the original transfer to Teraktor-Sazi was cancelled, however Padideh came in at the last minute and he joined them instead. In the second link you sent, the fans are clearly Traktor-Sazi fans, not Padideh ones.

Padideh. Varazdat Haroyan now has a contract of £2k per week until 30th June 2017.
Furthermore, if you translate the first link, it is referring to his transfer to Traktor Sazi, not Padideh.

As I know, this transfer was cancelled because of Padideh fans, who are mostly azeri heritage. And you know about rivalry between armenians and azeri.
