Was a nothing match, decided to field a weakened side.
Considering we're the only amateur side in the top flight, I'm happy with fourth place.
Also came runner up in manager of the year which was a pleasant surprise.

Didn't do too much business, but two promising talents from Lincoln (GIB) Juju and Tjay De Bar could come in handy. Plus brought in one from our feeder club Olympique, Cian Green.
As for outs, just a lot of dead wood.
DNZY
Starting off season two with a bang so to say. Cannons could barely fire a pistol (yeah, we kind of got lazy in the last 10).
DNZY
Bottled a 2-0 lead but my word we could have bottled it all. Joe Carlin again to our rescue with a stellar 'keeping display.
DNZY
The man of the match had a rating of 7.0, summing up how dreadful this match was. Needed a 93rd minute equaliser from a corner too. Very sub-par.
DNZY
What could be our biggest win to date, inflicting defeat to the biggest club in Gibraltar. Quite comfortably too.
DNZY
Another routine victory over Lynx. Can we play them every week?
Five game, no defeats and puts us in second. Not a bad start to the season.
DNZY
Almost choked into submission but our dominance prevailed.

I'd consider Europa a bigger threat now, I think Lincoln have lost their clinical touch. Quadruple wrapped up and only lost once last season and have now lost two in their last 3 this season.
Chuffed with a draw since we were absolute passengers in this match.
DNZY
Almost lost our unbeaten streak to the only winless club in the division so far. 2-0 up and things looked comfortable, then a shitstorm of errors. Really pissed with this result.
Still unbeaten, but losing ground. Still have to play St Josephs though.
DNZY
Crawling over the line, should have been a bit more comfortable.

Then I shall correct myself pal. Superb win over the giants-but-not-as-much-a-giant-as-Europa Lincoln!

With jobs running dry, San Marino was the next destination for me. Tre Fiori said goodbye to Floriano Sperindio and left a vacancy to fill in the position. Needless to say I did a fine job by securing a league and cup double, finished off with a super cup victory and the award of Manager of the Year.
A short stint, but since there was nothing more to be won, I handed in my resignation.
Now, here I stand, in the beautiful and picturesque land of the Faroes as a homecoming to a previous spell in FM14. HB put me down as their leading candidate and snapped me up on a one year deal.
After a rough patch caused by the previous manager, I've managed to steady the ship to bring them up a gear to second place. No cup competition to worry about meaning the primary focus is on the league.
Taking over from the 0-0 draw with ÍF, we've notched six victories in 10 only losing to EB/Streymur. The notorious fact of the Faroese league is while it is entertaining it is also very competitive. Though we are top, it is only on goal difference and four or five teams are still sniffing around to topple us. Crunch tie against B36 next, followed by important matches against NSÍ and Vikingur.
Elsewhere, the Champions League campaign got us to the second qualifying round where we were outmuscled by a determined Viktoria Plzen of Czech Republic, losing 3-1 on aggregate. No shame in that. Furthermore, we took a whopping £500k in prize money due to our progress and financially we look strong.
Next update will be coming up to the end of the league season.

I know but there was nothing more for me to win so I felt there was no point. I've managed in the Faroe Islands with NSÍ Runavík in FM14 where HB were the team I despised so it's a little bit weird being here, but they're the most successful team in the Faroese league and I've a good chance of snatching a trophy here.
DNZY
Nolsøe was a nuisance up front and puts a dent in our title barrage.
DNZY
Talk about a bittersweet moment. My beloved NSÍ Runavík were terrorised by us in the second half despite us being down to 10 men. Glad my team talk skills are showing.
DNZY
Not too sure what was in their half time cup of tea, but by gum it produced results in the second half. Ingason and Mouritsen were in glistening form.
DNZY
Another healthy boost to our goal difference as we go temporarily top.
DNZY
With B36 slipping up to Vikingur, we are officially top on goal difference with five games left, most of which are against bottom half opposition. Fingers crossed. Got to feel for Undrið though.
DNZY
Almost blew it, but young debutant Hanus Hansen rescued the victory to send us back to the top.
DNZY
Title is ours to lose, B36 dropped points to TB so we go two clear with three games to play.
DNZY
B68 bow out of the league with a whimper (likely). Comfortable, standard victory.
...BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
One more win and the league is ours. Who do we play next? The bottom club Undrið who've been winless all season.
DNZY
Result was never in doubt.
Champions!
DNZY
Dead rubber game, fielded my B team and still managed to steal a result.
DNZY
Final league table. Quite a commanding end to the season.
DNZY
Decided to stay with HB for another season to aim for the remaining two trophies (Faroese Cup & Super Cup). First one in the bag, though it was thoroughly unconvincing. Penalties saw us through in the end.
All that remains is the Løgmanssteypið.
DNZY
Few new faces put on the HB jersey.
DNZY
First game of the season didn't start off as planned. Spurned opportunities and didn't create enough, inevitably paying the price.
