My attempt at a youth only career. I will not sign anyone during the career only bring players through my academy. I am going to use the current squad of course until I can bring some players through.

Leyton Orient squad is not too bad tbh, should hopefully provide enough time to blood some youngsters anyway!

Good luck, because you will need it to get academy players that'll be good enough! You not even allowing yourself transfers of under 18s?
