looking to see if someone has or is willing to have a go at the new league cup format for scotland

i believe the way its going to work is the ones in europe dont come in until after the group stage, if someone could have a go at this that would be great, leave everything else as is, and also add highland and lowland leagues so that they can join in on the new format that would be good to.
