New Nation (Ex-Yugoslavia) - problem with the regen's creation

Hi there,

I am creating a new nation based on the ex-Yugoslavia but I meet a big problem than I do not know resolve it.

There is no regens created each year.

The only regens are created are those initial fill for the different teams.

I dont want to use another nation, i prefer keep this one simply because it have disappeared and because i've spend a lot of hours to create my differents teams, players, etc ...

Please help me, tell me i havent spend all this hours for nothing :/

Have you assigned youth teams/academies to your clubs? I think they are needed in order to produce any players.

Im not sure to understand your advice but all my teams have a "B" team and a young team (-19).
