Can't Start a New Save on a date further than August 2015

When I want to start a new save, can't do it on any date further the beggining of the season
Someone can help me with this problem?

When I want to start a new save, I'm able to select any date on any country like the star of the pre-season (01/07/2015) or the start of the season (26/07/2016), but if I want to start on a date like 18/12/2015 the won't aloud me to do it, never happened until today

try to delete the promotion/relegation file from our live update, and use the tool with the file of 30th may, worked for me
