FM 15 Database Error

Here is the error I'm getting when trying various downloads of the FM 15 Database.

If someone could tell me how to fix this or possibly fix it for the whole community I would appreciate it.

I posted in the sticky thread at the top too but never got a response, I guess FM15 is dead
