So, with Wolves' takeover now done and dusted, and Walter Zenga announced as new manager, is it possible to create Jeff Chi as Wolves' new chairman? It's clear he's giving the team a big transfer kitty, as there are rumours of us signing Talisca from Benfica.

Just wanted to know if it's possible.

Jeff Shi has yet to be announced as the Chairman, he's only part of the Fosun group that took over. Yet to decide on a Chairman, that is due in the coming weeks apparently. Data is also limited on Shi.

The transfer kitty I would suspect won't be that big (but bigger than it has been), as a Wolves fan, just can't see it. Deals will be shrewd.

I am unsure on how @Minsterman see's it.

I have a Wolves takeover file that works well with the Live Transfer Update.

Correct, Jez Moxey is only helping with the transition phase before he leaves to Norwich, and I suppose Fosun will start to look for a new CEO, but it looks like it's Shi and Mendes calling the shots. There's also someone called Sky Sun on the board now, but his role has not yet been revealed. All in due time, I suppose. Thanks for the quick reply.

Moxey left the other day officially and is now with Norwich. Stay tuned, we shall see what the guys say on this.

No, he's still at Wolves for the transition period. Steve Stone is at Norwich as interim chief executive. I suspect he'll be gone before long, though, just like Kenny Jackett.

At the moment you have Guangchang Guo as your chairman and Moxey has been removed, you're also set to have a sugar daddy as a default for now. Once it's much clearer I will make sure it's all added.

Finances I do much later into the transfer window because you get a better sense of what clubs have spent and who may have some left to do a bit more and who has spent up etc.

So, the current file has such updates, or those will be added later? Thank you, by the way.

Added some based on information available, if you have DOBs and places of birth that'd be a plus.

Guo Guangchang: Born February 1967, in Dongyang. Can't find an exact date, just says February.

The rest, I've got no info on. One of my friends is part of the match day staff at Molineux, though, I'll see if he can get me the info.
