Hi @TheMinsterman Can I just check - will you be adding the players that have been listed so far in this thread? If so, how often do you tend to do it?
Not meaning to sound pushy, just wondering that's all!

He's risen to prominence sharply having always been considered comfortably the biggest prospect to have graced the successful academy (an academy which has produced Dean Moxey, George Friend, Tom Nicholls and previous top recruit Matt Grimes of Swansea) He is the son of Exeter legend and Arsenal youth coach Kwame Ampadu. Ethan was part of the Wales' Euro training squad (countries commonly select the biggest prospects to make up the training numbers in order to gain big tournament experience) England have been trying to persuade him to switch but Ethan seems destined for Wales given the lengths they have gone to and his firm ingratiation within their set-up
Ethan can literally play anywhere through the middle. His debut and the majority of his appearances this season for Exeter have been at centre-back despite only being 15yrs old (d.o.b. 14/9/2000) although it's largely accepted he is primarily a deep-lying, ball playing midfielder who is is comfortable on the ball with his balance, passing and close ball control. Given the injuries this season at Exeter and Tisdale's firm belief of playing out from the back however he has slotted in comfortably at the heart of the defence. Ethan has over-taken the likes of Craig Woodman and Tom McCready in the Exeter pecking due to his man of the match performances this season (hence the still conservative 75 rating IMO) Even when these palyers have been fit Tisdale has chosen to play usual centre-backs Jordan Moore-Taylor and Pierce Sweeney in the full-back positions entrusting Ethan at centre-back. He does however lack the physicality as demonstrated by Colchester's second goal at that weekend but this is to be expected. Every game Ethan has played this season he has been one of Exeter's top performers.
He hasn't signed a professional deal with Exeter and as such every top club in the country are being strongly linked. Man Utd and Arsenal in particular with the latter favourites given his dad's youth role there. It's highly likely he'll leave when eligible for a professional contract. Admittedly I believe this will harm his development, so hopefully he can look beyond the short-term. 2/3 years of league two/one football by the age of 18 would be a huge platform for the future, i.e. Dele Alli.
soccerway stats this season: http://uk.soccerway.com/players/ethan-ampadu/440094/
As mentioned I've given him a current ability rating of 75 given his displacement of more seasoned professionals this season. For context I have the likes of Moore-taylor and Troy Brown in low 80s, Sweeney 87, Woodman 75, McCready 73, Harley 81, Oakley 77, Lloyd James 83. 75 seems conservative given this but I've tried to be realistic given lack of experience although I'm in no doubt Ethan will be involved with City squad all season now.
Injuries alone have not resulted in his opportunity, his huge talent has played just if not a bigger role. His international recognition and caps at various youth levels and now professional experience at only 15yrs old in my opinion deserves a potential ability in the realm of 165. His pedigree is just as good, if not better, than his counter-parts at the elite academies.
Positionally I've opted on my personal DB for 20- DM, 20- CM, 18- CB, 17- AM (I'm sure he could play either side also but this hasn't been shown)
I feel he's a pretty big omission from the DB so you might want to consider him for people who may not be aware of what a big talent is missing...
