U23 Premier League 2 and new Football League Trophy structure

Has anyone been able to have a look at getting the new U23 Premier League 2 structure in FM16 by using the editor? Also including the changes to the Football League Trophy which would see some of these U23 teams in the cup.

Not sure if this would be possible but maybe one of the more experienced editors might have an answer?
