Hi,
I noticed a strange thing about the calendar of the premier league.
I do not understand why the home and away matches against Manchester United are so close together . It's correct? It seems strange....
Thanks

( N.B. The first match is Vs Everton - August and January )

Was going to assume the first game might have been rearranged due to a postponement but with that one being a Saturday that doesn't seem to be the case.

Id say the one on the 28th may of been a rearranged fixture being on a Monday, but then that Christmas week may make it a normal fixture. Sometimes if you do face a side so late in the first round of fixtures you can often find yourself playing them again in a short period of time @coach.ita

Due to that being part of the Christmas period as you've said I assumed that fixture was confirmed at the beginning of the season.
