Question about Player Stat Changes File

Before anything else, I would like to thank everyone involved in the constant updating and maintaining of the Data Update - it is unbelievable the amount of work you guys put into this!

My question is that there's a file called Player Stat Changes, and I'd like to know how drastic the changes are, or who they affect, etc. I apologise if this has been asked before or if it is explained somwhere, I have looked and couldn't find it.

Generally, it's small tweaks to players who have underperformed to drop them a little and a boost to those who performed well beyond expectations, the list of who is probably too long for me to list at this point. There are also some boosts to players in teams which got promoted so they're not completely out of their depth in their new divisions, generally restricted to CA (and where needed PA) only.

It is of course optional, but I haven't made any changes out of bias, it's primarily been in the interest of balancing the game and making sure some players who would otherwise be considered youth teamers are in the first team if they are so in real life.
