I think that we all should support @WhiteH in this job,since everything I saw from his work is an amazing job.Only thing I would suggest my friend is to put some kind of limit for requests,like 2-3,because if there are no limits,people will post a bunch of logos wich you couldn't handle.

If I understand correctly, WhiteH asks everyone to define the size of the restored logo. If the restored logos are made completely from scratch, there probably is not a set limit on how large the logos can be (within reason). Therefore it would be beneficial to ask the logos in size that is larger than mere 180x180. In any case anything smaller than 300x300 cannot be used in the logopack I'm building.

3 The upper tip of the "diamond" shape has been cut out, but its not difficult to extrapolate what is missing. The circular shape with the team name should probably be symmetrically round.
