Both are difficult cuts and when you look at the current image I'm not sure it's worth it, as the current image seems good enough.

To be honest current one is not that great quality and colours ... first source looks great,only problem is the top of the hair.We'll wait,if no one done it soon I'll just remove him.Here is the unfinished version:
Both are crap images,I cut one without too much details,so let's just imagine him woke up the next morning and put some hair gel.Move on. 
Made a slight edit which I think improved the cut. (Top of hair, thinner neck, and overall cut)
