Trouble loading Manager Profile Photo

I can't load a photo to my FM 2017 profile, it keeps saying "Could not open file". Is there a specific image format to be used?

Looking at their bug forum, they might not be bringing it back!

Well, the official release is here and still no manager photo. Taking up my pitchfork now.
