Go to Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2016 \ editor data - If a folder named editor data does not exist, then create it.
Delete all previous instances of this file or others named similarly.
Put this file in there and start a new game. Voilà, problems sorted
Make sure click 'Clear Cache' after download SSKCC16 then reload skin then Start a game!
example - After download, open FM16, Preferences> Interface > click 'Clear Cache' > click 'Reload Skin' > Start a game!

When I download this file, and load it in the Editor, I still see the 15/16 colours for all teams?

yeah 15/16 go into with 16/17 SSKCC....im working on it for some release 16/17 for SSKCC

I'm changing all the colors in editor by my own, and I've created second fmf file "Kits colors" - and there is some BUG, I've looked in all (for sure) editor files - everywhere for the same team color is for example WHITE - but in game - it's fu.....in red.
I don't know why? why? How to fix it? Thanks

Looks like some of the teams 1st kit (team panel at the same role) became uneditable
